When did you know you wanted to be an actress?
My dad likes to tell a story about me as a 5 year old in an elevator at a wedding wearing someone's sparkly high heels, singing and announcing I was going to be a star. I think I've known since then. I didn't really start listening until the end of High School, though, when it was time to start figuring out what to do post-graduation. I couldn't figure out what I wanted to be. I thought, "maybe a lawyer because it would be fun to be Elle Woods, or a doctor because I like Grey's Anatomy..." and suddenly I realized, I didn't actually want any of those jobs. I just want to move to New York and PRETEND to have all those jobs. So that's what I did!
What attracted you to Re-Works: The Fabulous 80s?
The humor. I love that this piece allows for such extreme characters and physical moments while still telling a truthful story. It makes me laugh and feel touched at the same time. Projects like that are always so much fun to explore.
And I wanted to work with Dev again :)
One guilty pleasure:
Ice cream. Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra gets me every time.
If you could get anyone to see the show, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My grandma. She's sat through some pretty racy stuff to see me act but I think she'd really get a kick out of this one. I'd love to see the look on her face.

Hannah Seusy knows very little about the 80’s (don’t judge!) and is so glad she gets to experience them through this show. She is a graduate of NYCDA: SFT, an MTWorks Company Member, an Associate Producer at BOO-Arts Productions, and a creative member at FlashFilmmaking. Recent credits: Variations on a Cat Call (Original Binding Productions), In the Bones (MTWorks), All’s Fair (Six Western) (Oracle Theatre). You can catch her as the accident-prone girlfriend in the new web series Jake Does Stuff (221 Productions) coming soon to a YouTube channel near you! Huge thank you to the cast, Dev, and Monica for creating such a fun world to play in. Love and thanks also to my friends and family in NY & CO - especially Mike, Lib, Amanda, and Kathleen. This one goes out to Sabrina who has taught me many things, but most importantly, ALL the music videos and movies from the 80’s that you absolutely have to see right now. More at www.hannahseusy.com
